Bryan Dayton practices primarily in insurance defense with a focuses on long-term care, medical malpractice, trucking liability, premises liability and product liability. Bryan successfully represents clients in all phases of the litigation process. He has successfully resolved wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases brought against nursing homes, assisted living communities and personal care homes. He also has successfully concluded catastrophic injury and death cases originating from all types of transportation and workplace accidents.
Bryan joined Wilson Elser after serving at a boutique personal injury firm in Atlanta for three years. His military background and his time on the plaintiffs’ side gives him a unique perspective on representing his clients. Bryan applies the tools he learned in the military, such as planning, operations, leadership, effective communication and decisive action to better serve his clients in the legal profession.
Bryan continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves after having spent seven years on active duty and five years with the Georgia National Guard. While in the Army, Bryan successfully completed U.S. Army Ranger School, U.S. Army Airborne School and U.S. Army Air Assault School. Additionally, he spent his time on active duty as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Operations Officer. Currently, Bryan serves in a training unit that evaluates units conducting kinetic cyber operations.
