Casey Donoyan is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience representing large multinational lending institutions, accounting firms, equipment leasing companies and small businesses in state and federal courts. Over his 20-year career, Casey has handled a variety of matters, including breach of contract cases, real estate disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation and premises liability cases. 

Casey joined Wilson Elser from a California firm specializing in creditors’ rights.

Casey has experience representing large corporations and small businesses on a variety of litigation matters involving complex business disputes including contracts, partnership rights, unfair business practices, real property disputes and other business tort claims in state and federal court. Casey prides himself on being pragmatic and able to think outside the box to find creative solutions to achieve the best results for his client in the most efficient and effective way possible. 

Financial Services/Bankruptcy/Collections
Casey advises and assists a wide range of lending institutions and leasing companies in transactional and litigation matters involving secured and unsecured transactions, including drafting loan documents and forbearance or modification agreements; representing clients in all types of bankruptcy proceedings; and enforcing judgments. In providing both transactional services and litigation services, Casey is able to assist clients in developing strategies that ensure the highest level of protection, while staying engaged during the entire representation process.
