Chris Gabriel specializes in insurance coverage analysis and litigation involving commercial and personal lines liability and property policies. Chris provides analysis, strategy and results on a wide variety of complex issues, such as additional insured and contractual indemnity issues; Stowers demands; allocation and priority issues; self-insured retentions; Coverage B claims; multi-carrier declaratory judgments; and subrogation issues. Chris also represents insurers in first-party coverage and bad faith litigation, and counsels on commercial litigation and business disputes.
