Areas of Focus

Vaccine Litigation
Christopher is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., where he litigates claims arising out of injuries and adverse reactions from vaccinations. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) is a no-fault alternative to the traditional legal system for resolving vaccine injury claims, which seeks to create a federal trust fund specifically reserved for the thousands of people who suffer from adverse reactions to vaccines, particularly the improper application of the flu vaccine and others. Christopher has obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars for individuals who are found to have been injured by a vaccine. Legal fees are paid separately and directly from the U.S. Court of Federal Claims at the conclusion of each case.
