Claire Pariano Associate




Claire Pariano represents clients in employment disputes, premises liability, contractual disputes and other regulatory matters. She also has experience representing consumers and businesses in complex securities and consumer protection litigation. Claire is a member of Wilson Elser’s Program Management team where she evaluates and investigates claims, offers opinions on coverage and makes reserve recommendations.

Claire helps clients handle regulatory compliance with state and federal laws regarding information security policies and programs and the emerging risks posed by the proliferation of interconnected devices. She also advises on the proper methods of collecting and monitoring employee personal information, including drafting acceptable-use policies for internet, email, social media, “bring your own device” policies and applicable laws pertaining to workplace privacy.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Claire mediated cases for the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
