Cody J. Harding Associate




Cody Harding defends professionals in claims alleging violations of professional or ethical standards. He represents insurance agents & brokers, accountants, lawyers, architects & engineers and miscellaneous professionals, advocating on their behalf in courts, arbitrations and mediations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Cody served as a deputy attorney general for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He has experience defending Pennsylvania state agencies in civil litigation involving civil rights, toxic tort, vehicle liability and negligence claims. Cody also has experience representing municipalities and government entities in real estate, tax and regulatory disputes. He previously served as a Law Clerk with the City of Pittsburgh's Law Department. While in law school, Cody published “The Failure of State Texting-While-Driving Laws” in the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy, Issue 2, Spring 2013.
