Cyrus G. Dutton IV Associate




Cyrus Dutton represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation and transactional matters. Cyrus draws on backgrounds in the civil and criminal defense practice fields. He has experience drafting and arguing motions and pleadings and conducting discovery in complex commercial actions, as well as trial experience in criminal defense matters. 

In addition to his experience in civil and criminal litigation, Cyrus is well versed in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, he clerked for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs where he participated in financial services reform. In law school, Cyrus was one of ten students in a class of 540 to graduate with a concentration in International Business Law, indicating a steadfast commitment to the field with more than a third of his courses devoted to his understanding of international business and finance law.
