D. Craig (DC) Lamb focuses his practice on complex litigation and business matters, with an emphasis on servicing startup businesses and entrepreneurs; athletes, agents, institutions, and businesses engaged in Name, Image and Likeness (NIL)-related endeavors; and the defense of general, premises, automobile and construction liability claims.
A key component of Craig’s practice is his ability to effectively counsel entrepreneurs and his skill in navigating difficult insurance coverage and contractual indemnification issues essential to the transfer of risk, liability and indemnity. He often assists Wilson Elser partners across the United States and in London with representing major corporations; insurance carriers; sports, entertainment and hospitality clients; transportation and logistics companies; and numerous restaurant and retail chains as they retain and require counsel in the greater Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana areas.

Craig's commercial litigation experience includes advising corporations and individuals regarding pre-litigation business disputes in an effort to avoid the expense and risk of the court system. He also regularly litigates claims involving contract disputes, construction defects and technical products issues involving specialty manufacturers and engineering firms.
Tort Defense & Insurance Coverage
Craig practices in the areas of premises liability, product liability and complex coverage disputes. He regularly advises and represents insurers with regard to pre-litigation and litigation coverage disputes including extra-contractual issues and claims.
