Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Daniel worked at a mid-size medical malpractice defense firm, serving hospitals and medical professionals in complex medical malpractice matters. He previously worked for a car insurance company as a staff attorney handling no-fault litigation and no-fault arbitration.
