Daniel Sullivan defends medical malpractice matters on behalf of practitioners in obstetrics, orthopedics, oncology, anesthesia, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry and surgery. His team also serves nationally renowned physicians and premier teaching hospitals. Clients include dentists, nurses, paramedics, podiatrists, radiologists, pathologists, counselors, social workers and other members of the allied health professions as well as managed care organizations and privately run emergency rooms.

Daniel is intimately familiar with related state and federal regulations, defending nursing home malpractice claims through all phases of litigation. He also employs strategies that are designed to limit or avoid punitive damages available to plaintiffs under statute.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Daniel worked at a mid-size medical malpractice defense firm, serving hospitals and medical professionals in complex medical malpractice matters. He previously worked for a car insurance company as a staff attorney handling no-fault litigation and no-fault arbitration.
