Dennis Maher concentrates his practice in commercial and complex tort litigation, with emphasis on premises, transportation, construction, product, professional and general liability defense. He represents insurance companies and their insureds in a wide array of civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Dennis gained valuable experience at a Boston firm specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense. He also was staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States where he handled motor vehicle and premises liability cases, representing insured clients in numerous jury trials in Massachusetts district and superior courts.
While attending law school, Dennis worked full time as an insurance claims representative specializing in handling complex cases on behalf of commercial clients.
