Edward DeVries focuses his practice in the areas of transportation, product liability, and complex tort and general casualty, primarily representing railroads, trucking and transportation companies, manufacturers and corporate clients in state and federal courts.
Clients and attorneys throughout Wilson Elser’s nationwide network of offices rely on Edward’s dual state license and regularly seek his advice on a wide variety of legal issues in Indiana and Illinois. Edward has represented clients in matters involving catastrophic injuries, FELA, FRSA, product liability, premises liability, employment litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage.
In law school, Edward served as an extern for the Honorable Kenneth Ripple of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and for the Honorable Rudy Lozano of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana.
