Eleanor G. Jolley Of Counsel




Eleanor G. Jolley has more than eight years of experience practicing in a range of general litigation and employment matters. She focuses on aviation, employment, premises and transportation matters. Eleanor advises clients in all stages of litigation, and has secured victories at the trial and appellate levels. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Eleanor represented national retailers, restaurants and financial institutions in state and federal courts. While in law school, Eleanor served as a Caruthers Fellow and as a judicial intern with the Honorable J. Scott Vowell, then Presiding Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama.

Areas of Focus

Eleanor is an active member of the firm’s aviation team, which represents legacy airlines, major defense contractors, helicopter operators and a variety of other aviation companies. These complex cases involve highly technical issues and allegations of severe damages and wrongful death. 

Eleanor represents employers and staffing agencies in all aspects of employment litigation, including allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. She has represented clients before federal, state and local agencies.

Eleanor is involved in a wide variety of general liability claims, including the defense of owners and operators of commercial properties, hotels, restaurant chains and other businesses. 

Eleanor represents major transportation, cargo and logistics companies in all types of liability matters, including personal injury and wrongful death claims and regulatory compliance issues. Eleanor is a member of the firm’s 24/7 response program, helping to ensure that team members are engaged during the first critical hours following a major incident.
