Eleanor G. Jolley Associate



Eleanor Jolley litigates a variety of civil matters, frequently representing insureds and companies in matters involving premises liability, products liability and other areas of general liability. She also serves clients who are private- and public-sector employers, providing counsel on all aspects of federal and state employment discrimination laws, as well as cases arising under state and federal fair employment practices statutes. Eleanor has experience representing clients in state and federal court, including pre-trial matters and trial. She has tried multiple cases throughout Georgia, obtaining favorable results for her clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Eleanor represented national retailers, restaurants, and financial institutions in state and federal courts. While in law school, Eleanor served as a Caruthers Fellow and as a judicial intern with the Honorable J. Scott Vowell, presiding judge, Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama.
