Elvia E. Hague Associate




Elvia Hague has experience in general civil litigation, primarily handling the defense of construction defect, catastrophic injury, premises liability, dangerous premises conditions, negligent hiring, training and supervision, personal injury, survival and wrongful death actions, and general negligence cases. Elvia has experience in all aspects and states of litigation through trial.

Elvia also has experience representing life, health and disability insurers in litigation matters throughout Texas in state and federal courts, under ERISA and state law claims. This includes representing clients in state and federal courts in litigation involving ERISA and non-ERISA disputes over disability, life and health coverage.

During law school, Elvia was part of the EAP St. Mary’s Moot Court Team and was a 2010 Quarterfinalist of the Linda and Dave Schlueter First-Year Moot Court Competition.
