Erin E. Zecca Partner




Erin Zecca is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on high-exposure construction matters. She represents owners, construction managers and general contractors in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and claims of negligence, Labor Law and Industrial Code violations. Erin also handles trucking liability, automobile liability and general liability matters. Erin has achieved certification in the firm’s rigorous National Mock Trial Program, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Prior to working at Wilson Elser, Erin practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts in New York defending owners, contractors, architects and engineers in construction litigation matters. She also defended property, building and business owners in general premises liability matters and handled an active caseload of construction defect, medical malpractice, professional liability, security guard, automobile and trucking litigation.

During law school, Erin was a judicial intern to the Honorable Gary S. Katzmann of the Massachusetts Appeals Court in Boston, MA. Additionally, Erin served as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society of New York for the Criminal Defense Division in Kew Gardens, NY. She also served as a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Civil Division, in Boston. During her undergraduate studies, Erin served as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives for the Committee on International Relations.

Erin is actively involved in the Holy Cross Alumni Association and serves as a mentor to Northeastern University School of Law students who attend an eleven-week mandatory cooperative program in New York City.
