Giancarlo Malinconico handles general liability defense matters. He defends property owners, managers and retailers in premises liability matters involving personal injury and property damage claims and in general liability and labor law matters arising from construction-site accidents. He also handles premises liability matters for real estate clients of the firm, including commercial, residential, hospitality and retail sectors.
Giancarlo previously worked at a boutique law firm in Manhattan in real estate litigation defense. He has handled more than a hundred matters from inception through conclusion. He assisted New Yorkers from all backgrounds in obtaining legal representation.
