He is adept at using cost-benefit analysis to help clients determine if a claim should be litigated or settled. He also provides risk management services, advising clients on measures they can take to help prevent litigation or to best position themselves to defend claims that arise.

Greg understands the vast challenges of property owners, managers and retailers. Drawing on the resources of a national firm, he offers innovative strategies and resolutions to pending and prospective litigation matters. Greg remains focused on available risk transfer for property owners and managers and has lectured extensively on the subject. With respect to retailers, Greg is proficient in dealing with in-store challenges, including injuries to patrons on the premises, negligent security and product liability claims.

With extensive experience defending personal injury claims, Greg has represented numerous commercial, office and retail properties, including big box retailers and wholesalers, in the defense of premises liability, products liability, labor law and environmental matters. He also represents commercial transport companies in automobile liability claims. Greg joined Wilson Elser directly out of law school and has been with the firm ever since.

He also handles premises liability matters for other real estate clients of the firm.
