Hailey Loehr represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, construction defect, automobile liability, personal injury, premises liability and employment discrimination.
Hailey started her career working for an insurance company as a claims adjuster where she evaluated claims ranging from third-party injury to UM/UIM claims. After law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Eric M. Johnson in the Denver, Colorado, District Court. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Hailey worked for a respected Colorado-based law firm handing all aspects of civil litigation.
