Representative Matters

As defense counsel, Jennifer achieved dismissal of her client in a litigation where two neighbors got into an altercation at her client’s home and then continued to fight in the street after being asked to leave. The court agreed that once the parties left her client’s home, her client owed no duty of care to the plaintiff, who complained of a head injury after the fight.
