Jenny Jin Of Counsel

Jenny Jin defends licensed California professionals in civil lawsuits and administrative actions, including real estate brokers, lawyers, insurance agents, accountants, and miscellaneous professionals and quasi-professionals. Jenny’s commitment to her practice in professional liability litigation has fostered an understanding of the unique issues related to this area of the law. While Wilson Elser takes pride in the ability of its attorneys to bring professional liability matters to a successful jury verdict, we also have the resources to pursue alternative dispute resolution, culminating in expedited, cost-effective conclusions that typically align with our clients’ objectives.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jenny worked at a mid-sized litigation firm where she practiced in its professional liability section, with an emphasis on defending real estate brokers and agents. Prior to that, Jenny practiced at a boutique litigation firm in San Francisco, where she represented tenants.

During law school, Jenny served as vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and clerked at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office and the California Attorney General’s Office in its Writs and Appeals division. While at the Attorney General’s Office, Jenny drafted an appellate brief that was submitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
