Jessica Seidman is a member of the team that defends a ride-share application client and is involved in complex matters involving personal injury and property damage claims.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jessica worked at a prominent aviation defense firm, where she represented foreign and domestic airlines, drafting dispositive motions, assisting with depositions and settling various cases through mediation. She has experience with product liability matters, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Jessica also worked at a plaintiffs' asbestos litigation firm where she advocated for victims of mesothelioma.
While in law school, Jessica was articles editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, and served as president of the Jewish Law Students Association, auction chair of the Public Interest Law Group and a member of the Mock Trial Society. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
