Joanna Garelick Goldstein Of Counsel




Joanna Garelick Goldstein represents large international and domestic corporations, small corporations and individuals in litigations, mediations, arbitrations, licensing and contractual matters. Over her nearly 15-year career, Joanna has been involved in all phases of litigation from filing complaints to appeals. She has extensive experience in overseeing complex discovery, including taking and defending depositions. Joanna has represented clients in state court, federal district courts and in the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Joanna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Kahn in the Northern District of New York. While in law school, she was a legal intern competitively selected by the faculty of the Innocence Project Seminar to seek conviction reversals for clients on the basis of DNA evidence. In addition, she worked in the Office of U.S. Senator John F. Kerry as assistant for Business Issues and Economic Development.
