Johnny Suermann defends clients in commercial general liability claims in all aspects of civil litigation. He concentrates on defense of claims related to life sciences, insurance coverage and personal injury and property damage claims, including catastrophic injury cases brought against manufacturers, service providers and transportation companies.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Johnny worked at a large litigation firm in St. Louis. He gained extensive knowledge and experience defending several Fortune 500 companies in products liability and premises liability cases in some of the most challenging venues in the country, including the City of St. Louis and Madison County, Illinois.
During law school, Johnny was a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark S. Davis, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Additionally, Johnny clerked in Clayton, Missouri at the private law firm of a former U.S. Attorney General.
