John Palenski practices in the area of general liability matters, primarily in aviation, transportation, product liability and insurance coverage. He has litigated before administrative agencies and courts throughout Virginia.
Prior to working at Wilson Elser, John represented employers and insurers in employer liability, product liability and workers’ compensation matters. John also taught English/American culture in Germany on a Fulbright ETA Scholarship.
