Jon has conducted and defended numerous depositions and obtained successful resolutions in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, binding arbitration and informal negotiations. Jon began his career representing and litigating civil matters as a plaintiffs' attorney, with an emphasis on auto accident, premises liability, sexual assault and wrongful death cases. After he shifted his practice to defending established business and individuals, Jon successfully handled the defense of catastrophic injury cases brought against dozens of ride-share drivers using a nationally recognized platform, ensuring their status and rights as independent contractors were protected.
Prior to his law career, Jon served honorably as a noncommissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.
