Jonathan N. Saltzman Associate

Jonathan Saltzman handles general casualty, professional liability and medical malpractice matters. When claims arise, he devises a resolution plan designed to determine likely exposure, identify resolution options and ultimately conclude in outcomes that adhere to prescribed guidelines. Jonathan effectively manages the entire litigation process, seeking to provide clients with quick and cost-effective solutions to complex and potentially protracted liability cases. He does his best to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements.

Previously employed as a plaintiff’s attorney in a local law firm and as a defense attorney representing individuals and businesses in a regional law firm, Jonathan has defended businesses in construction defect, premises liability, fraud and negligent misrepresentation cases. He also has defended businesses and individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, and represented nursing homes and health care providers in medical malpractice claims. In addition, Jonathan has obtained dismissals and judgments in claims brought by inmates against health care providers under 42 USC § 1983.
