Kaitlyn E. Tucker Associate




Kaitlyn Tucker has experience in complex litigation defense with a primary focus on representing health care providers and health care entities. Her practice includes medical malpractice, physician and hospital peer review, health care litigation, real estate malpractice, professional liability including licensure board matters, and general liability. Kaitlyn has experience with all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation to appeals, in private and government agency/administrative sectors.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kaitlyn worked at a law firm and a state agency in Tennessee and a Houston law firm specializing in health care law. During law school, Kaitlyn served as a public interest clerk at the Mississippi Center for Justice, a judicial clerk at the First Circuit Judicial District, and a prosecutorial intern at the Harrison County Youth Court. Before attending law school, Kaitlyn had a career as a newspaper reporter.
