Kalliopi Theodorakis defends hospitals, physicians and other health care professionals against a wide variety of medical malpractice actions. Her team represents a wide variety of health care entities, including hospitals, academic medical centers, health care networks, nursing homes, diagnostic and treatment centers, home care agencies, behavioral health providers, assisted-living programs, physician groups, independent practice associations and other health care professionals, medical transportation companies and numerous health care provider associations.
Prior to turning to medical malpractice, Kalliopi represented clients in matrimonial and family law cases and general practice law. During law school, Kalliopi served as an extern for the Honorable Rachel Adams in Kings County Supreme Court.
