Katharine J. Burlington Associate




Katharine Burlington specializes in civil litigation in the areas of construction defect, government administration, employment and administrative compliance. She also defends businesses and corporations in contract, warranty and product liability actions, providing clients with innovative and timely strategic counsel to help them make better-informed decisions, resolve complex legal challenges and achieve specific business goals. 

While in university, Katharine conceptualized an honors thesis project, 413 REP, which has grown into a successful company that stages multiple productions each year, including Broadway style musicals and theater. The 413 Repertory Theater has branches in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.

While in law school, Katharine served as a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General for the Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians.
