Kathryn Hudman Associate




Kathryn Hudman defends and prosecutes commercial litigation disputes, often in matters involving subcontractors and component suppliers. Kathryn also counsels contractors in the public procurement arena with regard to responding to requests for proposals and related procurement issues. In addition, Kathryn defends domestic and foreign manufacturers in product liability lawsuits on a national basis, particularly manufacturers within the transportation industry. 

As a member of Wilson Elser’s e-Discovery Practice, Kathryn manages e-Discovery projects, from directing preservation of electronically stored information to coordinating document review and production. She also coaches attorneys to use virtual conferencing software to effectively represent their clients in remote court appearances, depositions, mediations and inspections. 

Kathryn began her affiliation with Wilson Elser as a law clerk on the Product Liability and Asian teams. Her experience includes an internship at the Department of Justice, Civil Division, Aviation & Admiralty Division.
