Kimberly Nelson defends against claims related to complex torts and general casualty. She brings a unique perspective to any client, having experience on both sides of civil litigation. Kimberly has taken and defended countless depositions, and prides herself on her high success rate in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution.
Kimberly began her career representing and defending individuals in criminal matters, and litigating civil matters through trial as a plaintiffs' attorney, practicing with an emphasis on auto accident, premises liability, sexual assault, wrongful death and medical malpractice.
In her first year of practice, Kimberly had the distinct privilege to argue before the Nevada Supreme Court.
