Kyle Argenbright represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury, and business and real estate litigation.
Kyle has assisted in representing defendants in all of the aforementioned areas of law via tort claims, breach of contract claims, insurance claims and employment claims, among others. In each instance, Kyle holds the clients’ needs as his top priority and keeps them involved and updated throughout the litigation process.
While attending law school, Kyle gained advocacy experience representing indigent criminal defendants at the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic. He also participated on multiple mock trial and moot court teams. On the ABA Labor and Employment Mock Trial Team, Kyle and his teammates finished as runners-up at the national competition.
