Kyle P. Barrett

Kyle Barrett handles litigated and non-litigated insurance coverage matters with an emphasis on commercial third-party liability claims. Kyle has extensive experience with commercial general liability claims and professional liability claims, including D&O and E&O liability, employment practices liability, professional malpractice and financial institutions coverage. In addition, he has handled coverage matters under cyber, commercial automobile, UIM/UM, cargo, property and other types of policies.

Kyle advises insurers on policy interpretation, claims handling, claim resolution and bad faith avoidance. He also handles insurance coverage litigation in federal and state courts involving contractual and extra-contractual claims.
