Marielle Moore is an employment attorney with experience in law enforcement oversight, community organizing, policy advocacy (federal and state), public benefits, international human rights, and direct representation of underserved populations. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Marielle worked at a boutique law firm specializing in employment and civil rights litigation. 

During law school, Marielle worked on several social justice legal issues, including permanent guardianship for an incapacitated former foster youth, LGBTQ rights and disability discrimination. As an intern at the District of Columbia Office of Police Complaints, she helped research and draft a policy recommendation for an effective Metropolitan Police Department on-body camera program. Marielle continued working on issues of policing with the Office of the Inspector General for the NYPD, a government agency tasked with analyzing and improving the policies and practices of the world’s largest municipal police force. She also worked briefly for the Social Security Administration.
