Matthew Halpin is an experienced trial attorney who handles complex tort and general casualty matters. He practices in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and other general liability matters. Matthew also has handled matters ranging from contractual disputes to multibillion-dollar antitrust litigation.
Matthew served for more than four years as in-house counsel for a major auto insurer, defending against first- and third-party claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds. Matthew has taken more than a dozen cases to jury verdict, with positive results for his clients.
During law school, Matthew focused his interests on health care law and litigation, and he was published in the 2016 Edition of the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy.
