Matthew Vaccaro, a member of Wilson Elser’s German Practice, handles complex commercial litigation, product liability, breach of contract and insurance disputes. His most recent product liability matters include successfully defending German and Italian manufacturers and distributors in various American courts, including federal multidistrict litigation.

Over the past decade, Matthew has developed into a seasoned lawyer with a deep understanding of how to evaluate and defend claims. During this time, he has excelled in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, trial and appeal. He strives to cultivate strong partnerships with clients to achieve their business objectives, and to resolve complex matters effectively and efficiently. Consistent with the ethos of Wilson Elser, Matthew also prides himself on being available for his clients and ensuring that his international clients receive competent and effective representation for matters that arise within the United States.

Matthew has written extensively on the adoption of blockchain technology and the regulation of cryptocurrencies and DeFi. He recently was recognized for his pro bono work in the area of human rights.
