Michael Kreppein ably represents clients in a wide range of matters, including premises liability, trucking accidents, wrongful death, product liability and workplace injuries. In addition, Mike helps clients manage and navigate the ever-changing legal and legislative regulatory terrain of employment and labor law. Mindful of increasing economic pressures on our clients, Mike looks to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements.

An experienced insurance defense attorney, Mike helps public- and private-sector clients identify and prevent exposures and, if they occur, capably manage reaction and recovery. He has the depth and breadth of experience to handle virtually every type of case – from a small claim to the most complex legal matter.

Mike’s facility with coverage issues, representing insurers and distributors in all lines and related service providers, enhances his ability to handle cases involving bad faith – in which outsized damage amounts can seriously cripple a company, or worse – by mounting particularly aggressive defenses.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a partner at a defense firm where he handled highly complex cases and participated at numerous trials as first or second chair.
