Michelle Abdolhosseini Associate




Michelle Abdolhosseini represents individuals and organizations in a variety of complex legal matters. Her primary areas of focus are general liability, employment disputes, public entity, professional malpractice and business litigation. Michelle’s general liability experience covers a broad variety of disputes, including premises liability, personal injury and fatalities arising from catastrophic third-party criminal acts. Michelle has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation in federal and state courts, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, law and motion, settlement, arbitration, trial and appeal. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michelle practiced at a preeminent national defense law firm. She also served as a judicial extern for the Superior Court of San Francisco and the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law. 

In law school, Michelle served as the editor in chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal and as a teaching assistant in Legal Research & Writing. With a J.D. concentration in Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Michelle is uniquely suited to provide powerful solutions to clients in matters arising from complex legal disputes.
