Molly Munson Cherala Associate




Molly Munson Cherala is a dedicated defense attorney focused on protecting companies and individuals in general civil litigation and product liability suits. Molly strives to deliver efficiency and value to her clients through careful analysis and litigation planning. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Molly worked for a public entity defense firm, where she guided her clients through contentious suits. She also advised on pre-litigation risk management issues and conducted extensive investigations. Molly honed her litigation skills while in law school through internships with the Department of Justice's United States Trustee Program, the East Bay Community Law Center and Judge John Goger, Senior Judge of the Metro Atlanta Business Court Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County. She gained her understanding of technology through during her employment with Oracle. 

While in law school, Molly was the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Georgia Civil Justice Foundation Trial Advocacy Scholarship, Law School Association Scholarship, Equal Justice Foundation Summer Fellowship 2017, and Dean and Virginia Rusk Scholarship, awarded all three years.
