Natalie C. Bourff Associate




Natalie Bourff handles commercial litigation matters involving complex contractual disputes, business torts, corporate and shareholder disputes, and securities violations. She represents clients in matters in state, federal and appellate courts, including businesses and individuals of all types, from small entities to multinational companies.

With clients consisting of private- and public-sector employers, Natalie attends to all aspects of federal and state employment discrimination laws and handles cases arising under state and federal fair employment practices statutes. In addition to handling a wide variety of discrimination claims, Natalie litigates claims brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Florida and federal whistleblower laws, and wage-and-hour laws. She represents clients when they appear before administrative and judicial tribunals such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations, as well as state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie began her career at a prominent Florida law firm primarily handling construction litigation and insurance disputes. She later joined a boutique commercial litigation firm where she dedicated her practice to resolving business disputes.

During law school, Natalie worked in the Office of Corporate Counsel at Mercedes-Benz USA LLC's headquarters where she defended products liability claims, warranty claims and subrogation claims.
