Patrick L. Klida Associate




Patrick Klida concentrates his litigation practice on general liability and casualty, employment and professional liability matters. Patrick has successfully represented individuals, licensed professionals, corporations and elected officials in a variety of malpractice, civil rights, employment, regulatory and corporate matters. In the medical malpractice area, Patrick has successfully handled numerous medical malpractice and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights claims brought against medical providers, medical entities and elected officials. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Patrick clerked for Judge Prentis Edwards Jr. of the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan. While in law school, Patrick worked as a legal research assistant to Jocelyn Benson, currently Michigan Secretary of State, providing research and analysis on election and campaign finance laws.
