Quincy N. Pham Associate




Quincy Pham defends licensed California professionals in civil lawsuits and administrative claims, including real estate brokers, lawyers, insurance agents, accountants, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors and miscellaneous professionals. In addition, Quincy defends California employers against claims in a variety of employment law litigation matters, including class actions, discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour disputes and retaliation. 

While in law school, Quincy clerked for an employment firm where he worked on claims involving discrimination, wage and related lawsuits in state and federal court, as well as administrative claims through the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the EEOC and the Department of Industrial Relations (Labor Commissioner). 

Quincy also has experience in immigration law through his work with the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies at his law school, where he successfully assisted a client in securing asylum before the San Francisco Asylum Office.

Quincy's professional liability cases include defending brokers in claims involving nondisclosure, negligent misrepresentation, intentional misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, title issues and zoning problems. He also represents property managers and leasing agents in disputes with tenants and landlords. In addition, Quincy represents attorneys in legal malpractice cases.
