Robin Behn has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, spanning a broad spectrum of cases including premises liability, product liability, professional negligence, construction litigation, workers’ compensation and employment liability. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Robin worked at a mid-size defense litigation firm focusing on construction defect, ride-share litigation and automobile matters.

Robin provides defense against claims of negligence, failure to warn and failure to anticipate reasonable danger, as well as security guard negligence. 

Robin has many years of experience representing drivers under the Transportation Network Act. She defends national long-haul and local trucking companies, taxi and livery fleets, and bus and ambulette companies. 

Robin is well versed in the construction industry and has an in-depth understanding of related laws. She works closely with the client, brokers, insurers and third-party administrators to reduce indemnity exposure while keeping expenses contained. Robin provides sound legal and risk management advice before and after an accident occurs, and defends claims asserted against employers in negligence lawsuits under the coverage provided through their employer liability policies.
