Rory Greebel practices in the area of commercial litigation and has represented a variety of businesses in his legal career, including but not limited to accounting firms, business managers, small corporations, real estate development firms, construction companies and municipalities. Rory is experienced in handling contractual disputes between businesses and former shareholders, including restrictive covenant cases. He has worked on multimillion-dollar real estate litigation matters and regulatory proceedings, and is well versed in drafting agreements for the clients he represents.
Rory also has handled class actions, FINRA litigation, product liability cases, labor law matters, insurer-broker disputes and property damage cases. He has second-chaired multiple arbitrations and has vast experience in all aspects of his clients’ litigation needs, including arguing motions, solely appearing for court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, and preparing/drafting motions for argument in federal and state courts. Rory also has successfully resolved matters in private alternative dispute resolution, a viable and desirable alternative to the traditional adversarial judicial processes.
During law school, Rory interned with the Federal Trade Commission in New York City and for The Honorable William R. LaMarca, State Supreme Court, Mineola, New York.
