Ross M. Molina Of Counsel




Ross Molina handles all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal court, defending clients across Louisiana in high-exposure cases to favorable outcomes. Ross has extensive experience representing clients in employment law, transportation, premises liability and medical malpractice claims. In his employment law practice, Ross routinely defends employers against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour and breach of contract including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Ross is the former chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section.  His transportation practice focuses on representing international transportation fleets in high-exposure personal injury, cargo, contract and indemnification cases. 

Ross began his career at a civil defense firm in New Orleans where he gained valuable litigation experience in the courtroom at trial, handling discovery, obtaining dismissals for defendants through motion practice and securing beneficial settlements through mediations. Just prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ross served as In-House Staff Counsel for a large multinational insurance company where he litigated on behalf of its insureds with multimillion-dollar commercial liability policies. 

While in law school, Ross received American Jurisprudence Awards for achieving the highest grades in Contracts and Professional Responsibility classes. He was honored to serve as a law clerk for the Louisiana Governor's Office and for the Honorable Lamar McCorkle in Houston, Texas.
