Sade Forte Associate

Sade Forte focuses her practice on defending lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers and other professionals from claims brought under errors and omissions (E&O) policies.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sade practiced at a mid-sized insurance defense firm where she defended physicians, hospitals and various health care providers from medical malpractice claims.

During law school, Sade was a member of the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution where she competed in national alternative dispute resolution competitions, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration. She also partnered with attorneys as part of the New York CLE-approved program to instruct low-income high school students on constitutional law topics, including but not limited to free speech rights under the First Amendment, Miranda rights and the Fifth Amendment, and equal protection concerns regarding New York City's affordable housing tax breaks and low-income tenants.
