Saltanat Biter practices in insurance litigation with an emphasis on coverage and first-party property defense. She advises clients on property insurance coverage issues, allegation of bad faith and unfair settlement practices.
Saltanat began her legal career at Catholic Charities Legal Services, where she assisted unaccompanied immigrant children and women. Upon leaving that position, she worked for various law firms, acquiring experience in the areas of real estate, personal injury protection, and first- and third-party property claims. Saltanat clerked for the Honorable Patrick A. White, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
