Sarah Gober Associate




Sarah Gober focuses her practice in all areas of employment and labor law, including defending against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She provides clients with counseling on matters encountered by employers on a day-to-day basis, including state and federal disability laws and wage-and-hour laws, and aids clients in ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to the hiring and termination of employment processes. She has represented clients in all aspects of labor law, including unfair practice proceedings, union contract negotiations and at all stages of the litigation process. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sarah worked four years at a Morristown, New Jersey, firm specializing in labor and employment and business law. After law school, Sarah served as law clerk to the Honorable Sebastian P. Lombardi, J.S.C. (ret), Vicinage 5 Superior Court in New Jersey.
