Sean Russell is a member of Wilson Elser’s cyber class action defense team. He has vast experience litigating class actions, specifically in the areas of data breach, privacy, antitrust and health care. Sean also has extensive experience managing large document review teams and all aspects of the e-Discovery process.
Sean has litigated for clients in privacy and data breach class actions throughout the country in federal and state court. In multiple cases, he assisted in mediating and settling nationwide class actions on favorable terms for clients.
