Areas of Focus

Medical Malpractice
Physicians are often unprepared for the adversarial ordeal trials can present. Along with the obvious requirement of extensive preparation, we have found that simulated trials, including mock cross-examinations, have been invaluable in preparing these professionals for the courtroom.

Construction & General Liability Litigation
The often faceless, deep-pocket defendants in these matters do not generally evoke the jury’s sympathy. It is particularly important to develop issues supporting dismissal in the discovery stage in anticipation of summary judgment, which also creates good opportunities for favorable settlements.

Representative Matters

Prevailed in a seminal case in trial practice, which permits questioning of one party (lawyers as well as doctors) as experts in their own case.
