Tueré Rodriguez represents prominent businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to intellectual property, general liability and automobile liability. Tueré has also facilitated, negotiated and drafted high-profile transactions for multimillion-dollar organizations and for professional and amateur athletes. Tueré's practice includes representing businesses, artists and athletes in a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters, including but not limited to providing counsel on personal brand-building such as trademark, foundation and domain name development and protection; defending against claims of violation of rights of privacy, publicity and promotion; negotiating various contractual agreements; defending against claims of copyright and trademark infringement; and drafting various transactional and privacy agreements.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tueré was associated with prominent municipal and insurance defense firms based in New York City and Long Island.
